**Responsibilities**:
- Supervises the activity of production operators- Interacts with departmental managers to coordinate production requirements and staff scheduling- Assists lead setups with quality issues and schedules changes as required- Expedites materials from receiving to production and finished goods to shipment in order to minimize production delays- Coordinates and monitors the fulfillment of all legal and internal requirements regarding Health, Safety and Environment- Leads by example and line with the Freudenberg Guiding Principles and the Code of Conduct, while fostering a proactive work culture
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree
High level of commitment and flexibility
Willingness and ability to work shifts
Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position
