Shift Lead: Drive Output, Quality & OEE

The Arnott's Group in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to supervise operators and technicians on a production floor in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive daily output, safety, and discipline while coaching the team and tracking key KPIs like OEE and waste.

You will coordinate with Planning/Warehouse, lead line performance improvements, and develop staff through coaching and performance reviews. Shift readiness, problem solving, and a strong operations mindset are essential.
