Overview

This position requires in-person collaboration up to five days a week. This arrangement is subject to change based on business requirements.

WestJet is seeking a Shift Lead- Aircraft Materials . This individual demonstrates a high standard of excellence, enjoys challenges, and is results-driven. The incumbent must be highly motivated and able to work in an agile environment. As a shift lead, you will lead a team of Aircraft Material Coordinators to ensure materials inventory requirements are met efficiently and timely. You will have the opportunity to grow and develop the team and lead initiatives that enable a lean and supportive working environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Inventory team and other departments to address projects, resolve issues, and ensure effective communication.
• Coordinate team priorities, duties, and staffing requirements to ensure tasks are completed professionally and on time.
