Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Experience working for Amazon or any Amazon subsidiary or affiliate- 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience- A completed Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience.
- 2+ years of Direct management experience for employees and their performance.
