Responsibilities
- Follow all plant safety requirements and participate in activities to continuously improve safety performance.
- Lead or participate in department and site safety initiatives, including attending and leading safety meetings as assigned.
- Support the SHE Manager and Operations team with planning, coordinating, and implementing effective SHE policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures, related statutory requirements, Synthomer SHEMS Standards, environmental monitoring, and comp...
