Responsibilities
- Support the Regional SHE Head in executing the regional SHE strategy and changing agenda.
- Implement global and regional SHE processes, standards, and programs at site level.
- Ensure consistent application of SHE management systems across assigned sites.
- Monitor compliance with legal, corporate, and regulatory SHE requirements.
- Identify local SHE risks and improvement opportunities, escalating systemic issues to the Regional SHE Head.
- Lead site SHE audits, inspections, and assessments;
track corrective actions to closure. - Provide SHE input to site projects, ensuring risk management and compliance are embedded.
- Champion SHE culture initiatives through training, awareness, and communication.
- Act as primary SHE contact for site leadership, employees, contractors, and external authorities.
