In this role you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of cross‑functional technology solutions through a shared services model, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals while overseeing solution design, delivery execution, and resource management to drive efficient, scalable, and high‑quality system development across business units. You will also act as a unifying leader to strengthen delivery maturity and build talent capability, directly contributing to the bank's digital transformation and modernization agenda.
