Shaft Maintenance Foreman: Planning, Safety & Leadership

Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate equipment maintenance programs and budgets across shaft operations. You will ensure safe, reliable plant and equipment, implement maintenance strategies, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires leadership of maintenance teams, collaboration with planning and production, and ensuring compliance with ESG, QMS, and regulatory standards. Based in the North West region, travel may be required.
