Job Summary
- You will ensure the availability, resilience, and performance of the Azure AI cloud platform and Red Hat OpenShift–powered RE: AI platform. Lead incident response, cybersecurity operations, and collaborate with teams to embed monitoring and security best practices in AI/ML workflows.
Responsibilities
- Optimize performance of the Red Hat OpenShift–powered RE:AI cloud platform using observability and tuning tools
- Monitor availability and detect outages on the Azure AI cloud platform to maintain continuous service uptime
- Lead incident response and conduct root cause analysis to resolve platform issues and minimize downtime
- Design and implement disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity
- Manage cybersecurity operations including vulnerability management, threat detection, and enforcement of access controls
