- Design and craft seller education materials / Seller Education Hub articles for various steps of seller journey, including account setup, SKU mass upload, payment binding, shipping fee calculations
- Design and craft incubation programs (market insights, tools, etc.), prepare for seller webinars
- Manage inbound seller sign-ups, including prioritising for account creation, informing and supporting sellers to activate accounts
- Manage the processes of mass incubation, including weekly announcement, tracking and following up on the seller participation in flash deal/deep discount
