- Segmentation generation and management using audience builder, email testing in content builder, email build configuration, and audit.
- Multi-channel, multi-touch campaign configuration and execution.
- Email/message building and reporting.
- Campaign auditing and issue management.
- Review marketing campaign requests from clients and provide recommendations on how to execute.
- Export information from SFMC – we need knowledge on SQL query. This report could be the data views, modification of the data views, ad-hoc reports at a campaign level and/or reports defined by CRM and Analytics team.
- Campaign builds with UTM tags.
- Identify and work with the team lead to implement possible new functionality and/or process improvements that better meet client needs and drive efficiency.
- Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and other Salesforce products.
