Overview

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a technical implementation role within the Radianz SettleNet Operations Organization to support and contribute to Radianz revenues, EBIT and NPS measures. It is also a key role in driving the E2E L2C customer experience across the Capital Markets Eco system and delivery of complex services to Radianz customers. This role is to technically consult with customers on interfacing their end application connectivity ahead of installation of SettleNet solution and to support testing with the customer once implemented.
