DESCRIPTION
External Fulfillment (EF) is Amazon's strategic partnership program where we collaborate with Sellers and Vendors to facilitate direct shipments from their warehouses. This leadership role will transform our capacity management approach across seven teams, shifting from reactive to proactive strategies while streamlining processes and implementing real-time solutions.
The position is focused on Setup and Launch support, enhancement and sellers’ hand-holding. Currently, our SUL process is mostly manual and we operate with a single SUL to handle configurations (NDO, FT, FOS, Ops console, PB), communications, sellers’ task completion follow-up, hardware validation, seller’s trouble-shooting, training, tickets creation/follow up, SSP enablement, onboarding material creation and re-certifications, beyond launches, this SUL employee also oversees AMZL nodes integration.
