About the Role
The Senior technician role will be responsible for monitoring, administration, and break/fix support of client’s managed appliance. You will be responsible for maintaining the patch compliance of clients’ servers to ensure systems are protected against published vulnerabilities, mitigating operating system risks and enabling maximum system’s availability for clients’ business operations.
As a Services Technician You Will
- Advanced experience supporting Windows 10/11 in enterprise environments
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online and Microsoft Entra
- Proven hardware troubleshooting and break/fix experience for laptops, desktops, and peripherals
