About the Role
The Senior Services Technician will monitor, administer, and provide break/fix support for clients’ managed appliances. Responsibilities include ensuring patch compliance of servers, mitigating vulnerabilities, and maximizing system availability.

- Advanced Windows 10/11 support in enterprise environments.
- Hands‑on Microsoft 365 support including Exchange Online & Microsoft Entra.
- Hardware troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Maintenance of Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook & Teams.
- Use of ServiceNow ITSM or comparable ITSM tools.
- Adherence to ITIL‑aligned service desk operations.

- 5+ years of IT Service Desk or End‑User Support experience.
