As a Services Team Leader – Resource Management, you will be responsible for managing all resources and logistics required to perform maintenance and service activities at customer sites. You will lead the planning, deployment, and development of Field Service Engineers (FSEs), ensuring efficient service delivery across turbomachinery equipment including compressors, gas turbines, and steam turbines. You will develop operational plans, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across teams to ensure customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading day‑to‑day management, scheduling, development, and staffing of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) for installation and service activities.
