Reports to: Service Operations Manager
Role and responsibilities
- Provide services in various administrative areas to businesses to meet current needs, identify performance gaps, and address emerging requirements.
- Oversee the delivery of services by external providers in line with Service Level Agreements and report any shortcomings and areas of improvement.
