Role Overview

Services Sales Account Manager (Hotel and Government) – responsible for initiating contact, developing relationships, and generating demand in assigned customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact, develop relationships, and generate demand in customer accounts within the target segment, assigned by the Segment Sales Manager.
• Educate customers on all Schneider Electric products and services with special attention to customer pain points.
• Cross‑sell Field Service portfolio – Power Systems, Secure Power & Cooling, Digital Energy, Industrial Automation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by overseeing ongoing activities with the customer (orders and execution).
• Use BFO (Salesforce.com) for sales funnel management, account planning, performance, and opportunity detection via Sales Cockpit.
• Provide monthly forecasts and summaries in a timely manner using BFO.
