Services Manager - Tier 2 Builder - $700 mil Data Centre

Australia’s burgeoning data centre market is set to nearly double to $40 billion over the next four years as companies invest big in AI platforms.  In NSW alone more and more businesses are taking on large scale data centre projects and are keen to get people with data centre experience onto their teams. 

Our client,is a busy Tier 2 Builder who are delivering over $700 mil worth of  data centre construction. They are seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to facilitate the successful completion of construction projects on time and within budget to a high level of detail.

• Lead the delivery of project activities including utility interfacing, budgets, schedules, procurement strategies and ECI interface.
• Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
