Job Overview

As a Services Lead, you will support all departments on the sales floor within a specific Sephora location. You will ensure that every team member executes Sephora’s selling model and delivers outstanding client service so the store meets and exceeds its objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Experience: Ensure all Beauty Advisors properly execute Sephora’s selling methods. Monitor the store’s sales performance and seize opportunities to align the team with goals.
• Visual Merchandising: Support the Operations team by ensuring that all merchandising concepts and visuals on the sales floor meet company standards. Maintain the sales floor look and feel at the highest levels and execute animations and updates as needed.
• Client Engagement: Act as the Manager on Duty as required, engaging with cast and clients on stage whenever possible.
