Role Overview
As Services Delivery Head of South East Asia, you will enable our clients to be more effective employees by identifying and assessing their needs. You will collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver “Everyday Excellence” and improve client experience. Accountable for managing service delivery for client accounts, promoting the continuous improvement of productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction by driving adoption of the Vista platform across all Southeast Asian countries.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for managing payroll service delivery for clients and service delivery team of Southeast Asia by aligning teams to global and regional objectives while adapting to changing priorities.
