- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including restocking supplies and cleaning tables or equipment.
- Assist with the preparation and serving of food or beverages as required, following safety and hygiene protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required.
