About the role. You lead complex service contract negotiations with customers and shape technical and commercial offers that deliver value for both the customer and GE Vernova. You help secure strong, risk‑aware service agreements across the EMEA region while supporting the wider ONW Sales and Commercial team to progress wind equipment orders.
You also coach colleagues on service contract terms, commercial risk processes, and negotiation approaches, helping the team build confidence and consistency. In this role, you influence how new service offerings and commercial terms are developed, including performance guarantees and self‑performance solutions.
