Services Architect

The Services Architect is responsible for understanding customer needs, challenges, and business objectives, and translating them into scalable, well-defined service solutions aligned with TD SYNNEX’s portfolio.

This role operates regionally across Latin America and requires working in a matrix organization, partnering closely with sales, pre-sales, vendors, and integrators. The position plays a key role in ensuring alignment between customer expectations and service delivery, acting as a bridge between commercial and delivery teams.

• Design and own service architectures for technology solutions, including cloud, cybersecurity, data center, modern infrastructure, networking, and managed services
• Translate customer requirements into structured service offerings (scope, roles, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and SLAs)
