ServiceNow TSM/TSOM Developers
We are looking for a Senior Developer with Configuration, troubleshooting, Code Reviews, Strategy, and Roadmap for TSM and TSOM Applications with 8+ Year Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in TSOM design and development delivery.
- Mentor developers to configure and support the ServiceNow platform.
- Design and configure TSOM and Event Management with TMF API integration.
- Implement event rules and integrations, including Ebonding and data design.
- Configure ServiceNow TSM (ITSM + CSM). Desired.
- Work with Service Assurance Workflows (TSOM) and configure the Out of the Box Service Assurance Workflows (SDWAN). Must‑have.
- Perform technical planning, architecture development, and specification modification for cloud computing environments, specifically ServiceNow.
