Servicenow Techno-Functional Analyst (Guadalajara)

ServiceNow Techno-Functional Analyst will support the design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy technical solutions within ServiceNow.This role also maintains the SSC community in their proper group assignments, skills, and roles respectively.Manages the integral HR service provider portfolio from a day-to-day operational perspective, including day-to-day interactions, data, incident, and issue resolution between HR and Vendors /3rd party systems.Key DeliverablesUnderstand HR Security business processes and translate them into ServiceNow data, workflows and reportingHandle specific HR service delivery process and functionalities in the front-end and backend of ServiceNow case knowledge and portalRun and deliver reports for KPIs in the HR Shared Service CenterManage security roles, group assignments and skills for members in the Shared Service CenterAssist with request intake and working with core business stakeholders for routine enhancement requests or defectsDesign, develop, ...
