ServiceNow Technical Consultant – HAM / SAM

Contract Duration: 5-6 Months
Multiple Locations: Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Gurugram
Mode of Work: At least 1-2 days in the office.

Mandatory skills
Required a ServiceNow Developer with both SAM and HAM experience and at least one end-to-end implementation in either SAM or HAM
Need good experience in UI enhancements using UI Builder

Workflow & Automation Expectations
● Support asset and software related catalog items.
● Assist with approval logic, fulfillment logic, and exception handling.
● Use Flow Designer to support request, approval, allocation, and lifecycle workflows.
● Support workspace and UI enhancements using UI Builder where appropriate.

Experience Level Preferences

Minimum Preferred Candidate
● 3+ years ServiceNow development experience
● 3+ years hands-on HAM Pro or SAM Pro delivery
● CAD certification required
