<p style="margin-bottom:11px"><b>Role Overview</b></p> <p style="margin-bottom:11px">We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across Telecommunications Service Management (TSM), Telecommunications Service Operations Management (TSOM), the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), and Customer Service Management (CSM).
