The mission of this role is to rebuild the CMDB from the ground up by defining a solid data model, governance, and structure, and establishing accurate, maintainable service maps that support incident management, change impact analysis, and overall operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Map dependencies between CIs across applications, middleware, compute, network, cloud, etc.
• Validate maps reflect production reality and support impact/root‑cause analysis.
• Identify gaps, duplicates, or incorrect relationships and coordinate remediation with data owners.
• Apply defined data‑quality checks and elevate unclear rules.
