ServiceNow Solution Designer (Madrid)

The ServiceNow Solution Designer / Developer is responsible for reviewing new requests and enhancements, translating business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions, and implementing technical improvements with a strong focus on ITSM, SecOps, HRSD, CMDB and Asset Management. The role combines business analysis, consulting, solution design, and hands‑on development, following ServiceNow best practices.

Hybrid position based in Madrid, Spain.

• Review and analyze new requests and enhancement demands from the business
• Perform requirements engineering in close collaboration with business stakeholders
