Accountable for the overall stability, performance and security of the ServiceNow platform.

Define and maintain the long-term technical platform roadmap release plan.

Identify opportunities to maximize value from ServiceNow investments and improve service delivery through automation and standardization.

Guide teams through solution design, technical delivery and environment strategy, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
