ServiceNow Solution Architect

Primary Modules: SPM(Preferred) ITSM / CSM / HRSD / RSM / Integrations/ Devops

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, governance, and strategic evolution of the ServiceNow platform within our organization.

As a Solution Architect, you will define and maintain the architectural vision of the Now Platform, ensuring alignment with business strategy, enterprise architecture standards, and ServiceNow’s product roadmap. You will work closely with business stakeholders, platform owners, developers, administrators, and integration teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and RSM.

This role requires deep platform expertise, architectural governance experience, and the ability to translate complex business needs into sustainable technical solutions aligned with industry best practices.
