About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect with deep expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) to join our ServiceNow Business Group. You will provide technical leadership and design end-to-end ITOM solutions — covering Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management — working closely with clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality implementations.
