Job Description:
- ServiceNow development expert who will have deep expertise in CSM, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, EA, VR, WSD, Service Catalogs and workflows, and work with TCS Technical Lead and stakeholders as appropriate
- Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests and problems related to ServiceNow modules. Perform RCA for recurring issues.
- Develop and implement minor enhancement, business rules and catalog items. Customize ServiceNow forms, workflows and modules to meet requirement.
- Develop enhancements under direction of the ServiceNow Technical Architect and ServiceNow Product Owner
