About the Role
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow QA Specialist to join our dynamic team. The candidate will ensure the functionality, performance, and quality of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. The role collaborates closely with Developers, Functional Analysts, and Product Owners.
Responsibilities
- Understand business and functional requirements for ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, functional teams, Support Squad, Product and Business Owners.
- Create test strategies, plans, and cases for modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management, etc.
- Define test scenarios for workflows, integrations, and customizations.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing; generate testing reports and maintain documentation.
- Validate ServiceNow modules, custom scripts, and APIs.
