ServiceNow Platform Architect (Hybrid)

CERN seeks a Computing Engineer to drive evolution of its Service Management platform (ServiceNow) in line with business needs and platform provider developments. You will work with business experts to capture requirements, develop a strategic plan with providers, and occasionally lead development coordination.

You will contribute to platform health, security and best practices, while aligning ITIL guidance with ongoing ServiceNow enhancements and PaaS integration.
