ServiceNow ITSM & SMO Delivery Lead

HCLTech is seeking a Service Management Office (SMO) Delivery Owner in Vitoria, Spain. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of ITSM processes using the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.

The candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in IT Project Management and a strong background in ServiceNow ITSM solutions. Preferred certifications include ITIL v4 and ServiceNow System Administrator.
