ServiceNow ITSM Engineer | ITIL/Agile Specialist

Link-Worldwide is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their new IT Service Hub in Guadalupe, Mexico. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of IT experience focused on ServiceNow development and integration.

This role involves maintaining the ServiceNow platform, translating business needs into design, and providing training to stakeholders. Candidates must have at least 2 CIS certifications and proven experience in ITIL and Agile methodologies.

Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of German would be advantageous.
