Role Summary
Responsible for designing, configuring, and extending Service Now IRM/GRC solutions with strong hands‐on expertise across Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk, and integrated workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and customize Service Now IRM modules (Risk, Compliance, Audit, VRM). Develop advanced Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer flows. Build and customize risk scoring models, control objectives, assessments, issues, and remediation workflows. Integrate IRM with CMDB, Sec Ops, ITSM, TPRM, external GRC tools, and data sources. Create executive dashboards and reports using Performance Analytics. Support upgrades, patching, and regression testing across Service Now releases.
