ServiceNow HRSD Specialist - On-Desk Support & Automations

Wiselink - Malaysia is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Support professional for a 6-12 months contract in Malaysia. The role requires extensive HRSD expertise, on-desk support from Monday to Friday, with on-call weekends, and shift allowances as applicable.

The candidate will customize HRSD solutions, configure HR services, and implement lifecycle events for onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, while building workflows and integrations with directory services and HR applications.
