Experience :- 8 Year relevant in ServiceNow Asset Management (Specifically HAM)
Shift Timing : 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST (US EST Coverage)

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Familiarity with ServiceNow HAM, CMDB, and asset governance practices
• Strong understanding of enterprise server environments and infrastructure operations
• Experience with hardware lifecycle management and vendor support models
• Proven ability in vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization
• Knowledge of data center operations and infrastructure dependencies
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
