In this role, you will be responsible for delivering industry best practices and working closely with clients to implement solutions across Customer Service Management (CSM) and Financial Services Operations (FSO) modules. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow implementations along with the ability to drive workshops, solution design, and end-to-end delivery.
