Servicenow Discovery Engineer (Guadalajara)

IBM Application Consultants work directly with our clients on key initiatives. You will build an in-depth understanding of their business issues and implement organizational strategies that drive adoption of change.

Implement support for multiple databases including NoSQL alternatives, instrument the ServiceNow platform for performance insights, and handle client interactions.

• Data mapping and transformation
• Create and maintain dashboards/reports
• Utilize best practices for object-oriented and modularized software
• Actively participate in understanding customer problems and determining solutions

• Experience in ServiceNow System administration, ITSM, CMDB, Self Service Portal, Service Catalog development
