Servicenow developer(HAM)

<b>Role Summary:</b><br /> Handle day to day Tasks, Incidents, and Remediation activities related to ServiceNow HAM.<br /> Ensure SLAs are consistently met for all HAM related tickets.<br /> Provide L2/L3 technical support for asset and inventory issues.<br /> Monitor and manage the dedicated HAM operations mailbox, responding to asset related queries within agreed timelines.<br /> Work closely with vendor partners to: Track devices , coordinate device return or correction, Ensure assets are updated accurately in ServiceNow<br /> Escalate vendor or operational issues to the HAM Manager when required.<br /> Maintain a complete, accurate, and up to date technology asset inventory in ServiceNow.<br /> Handle ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) field updates and correct records when errors occur.<br /> Perform detailed analysis of asset data imports using Import Sets and Transform Maps.<br />...
