Role Summary:
Handle day to day Tasks, Incidents, and Remediation activities related to ServiceNow HAM.
Ensure SLAs are consistently met for all HAM related tickets.
Provide L2/L3 technical support for asset and inventory issues.
Monitor and manage the dedicated HAM operations mailbox, responding to asset related queries within agreed timelines.
Work closely with vendor partners to: Track devices , coordinate device return or correction, Ensure assets are updated accurately in ServiceNow
Escalate vendor or operational issues to the HAM Manager when required.
Maintain a complete, accurate, and up to date technology asset inventory in ServiceNow.
Handle ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) field updates and correct records when errors occur.
Perform detailed analysis of asset data imports using Import Sets and Transform Maps.
