The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and related modules.
This role requires strong hands‑on development skills, the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions, and collaboration with architects and senior developers to deliver scalable and maintainable implementations.
Development & Configuration- Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts
- Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, Workflows
- Configure and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- Develop solutions aligned with OOTB‑first and best practice approach
