Overview
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Architect who will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow solutions. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable applications, collaborating with Agile teams, driving automation, and ensuring successful delivery of ServiceNow projects.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and support ServiceNow applications across platforms such as ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and SPM
- Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions and impact assessments
- Develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions following best practices, Agile methodologies, and ITIL standards
