Key Responsibilities
- Primary focus areas: ServiceNow ITSM, ITIL, ITAM, IRM, ITOM/CMDB & GRC
- Supporting functional design workshops and contributing to the creation of design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and customer requirements
- Working closely with customers to understand, analyze, and translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions
- Contributing to the technical delivery, including configuration, development, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
- Collaborating with Pre‑Sales and Technical Architecture teams to support client presentations, workshops, and technical discussions
