Mission Overview:
Keystone Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, and integrating application solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Your primary goal will be to automate business processes (IT, Human Resources, Customer Service) to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure native modules of the platform (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
- Develop custom scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions) in JavaScript.
- Create and customize user portals (Service Portal) using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Model data and configure validation workflows (Flow Designer).
- Implement the functional and technical architecture of the ServiceNow WSD platform.
