**Responsibilities**
- Designing and implementing end-to-end ServiceNow workflows using Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, UI Builder, and other related tools.
- Developing and configuring flows, sub-flows, spokes, playbooks, and other workflow components within ServiceNow.
- Integrating workflows with internal and external systems using APIs (REST) and other integration methods.
- Creating and maintaining business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and other ServiceNow elements to enhance workflow automation.
- Collaborating with architects, business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
- Maintaining documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions.
